This Privacy Policy does not apply to the information and data that our customers upload to the CloudPilot AI Cloud Services, or otherwise provide or make available to us for processing in connection with their use of the CloudPilot AI Cloud Services. We act as a processor with respect to this information and data, and Our handling of it is governed by our terms. If You have questions about the information practices of a customer of ours that uses CloudPilot AI Cloud Services, please contact that respective customer directly. By using the Services, You acknowledge the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Processing Activities Covered

This Privacy Policy applies to our processing of Personal Data that we collect when You:

• Visit our Website (www.cloudpilot.ai);
• If You are a referral partner, use the CloudPilot AI Referral Platform that is made available through the Website;
• Use the CloudPilot AI Cloud Service as a customer or an authorized user (for example, as an employee of one of our customers who provided You with access to our services); or
• Communicate with us about our products and services, whether by email, phone, in person, or otherwise.
